Sorry GTA fans, your beloved PC release of GTA V has been delayed for roughly two months. The original date was January 27, but now players will have to wait until March.
“Our apologies for the slight shift in the date but the game requires a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be,” the studio says. “Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans.”
GTA Online will support up to 30 players on PC while launching alongside GTA V on March 24.
This won’t delay the release of online heists for other platforms that are planned for “the coming weeks.”
