Far Cry 4 DLC Set For Launch

Ubisoft announced on Thursday that Far Cry 4’s Escape from Durgesh Prison DLC is set to launch on January 13, 2015. This time trial DLC challenges the players to escape a prison (huh, never would’ve guessed that). However, the difficult part of this DLC is if you die, you must start over.
During this escape from Durgesh Prison the main characters, Ajay and Hurk awake to find them captured and tortured in this prison. In order to escape, you must complete challenges to find weapons and unlock skills to help you reach a escape point.
This DLC is available for both solo and co-op play. Ubisoft describes this DLC as “difficult” because it doesn’t allow respawning. “To ramp up the challenge, when players die they must start the mission over again and use the knowledge and skills they gained during their previous run through to help them reach their extraction point successfully,” Ubisoft said.
Escape from Durgesh Prison will be available for purchase through the Far Cry 4 DLC pass, or separately for $10.
