Roles & Responsibilities
OWNERS/FOUNDERS [GT: VeLo VENDETT4/Twitter @VeLo_VENDETT4] Makes decisions on how the clan is run. Attends all leadership meetings. Reviews applications, and forwards possible recruit’s information to the Sisterhood/Brotherhood Captains/Co-Captains. Handles promotion and disciplinary actions of captains/co captains. Have final say in disciplinary actions of members and recruits. Responsible for reviewing applications and passing possible recruit info to Captains/Co Captains. Responsible establishing different types of gaming divisions/branches with in the clan. Responsible for finding, communicating, and acquiring sponsors. CAPTAINS/CO-CAPTAINS of Team VeLoCity: Ensures that all members/recruits follow the code of conduct. Inform the owner if a Member/Recruit is not following the code of conduct, and discuss what actions should be taken. When online, if other members/recruits are available invite them to party and decided what to play. Answer any questions members/recruits might have (if uncertain bring it to the owner’s attention). Conduct recruit interviews by playing with them, make sure it's a good fit for both the recruit and clan. Responsible for finding, and informing interested people about the application forms. If there is an issue, question, or need to discuss anything clan related, call for a meeting with the owner/founder. Expected to lead by setting a good example.
MEMBERS of Team VeLoCity:
Responsible for meeting, playing, and getting to know new recruits. Inform the Captain/Co-Captain or Owner if a Recruit is not following the code of conduct. When no Captain/Co-Captain is online and other members/recruits are available to play, invite them to party and decided what to play. Answer any questions Recruits might have {if uncertain, bring it to the Captain/Co-Captain or Owner}. Responsible for representing the team by wearing clan tag at all times, if people are interested in joining direct them to the Captain/Co-Captain or Owner. If there is an issue, question, or need to discuss anything clan related, call for a meeting with the Captain-Co-Captain or Owner/Founder. Expected to lead by setting a good example.
RECRUITS of Team VeLoCity:
Required to play with and get to know Members/Captains/Owner of Team VeLoCity. Must follow the code of conduct. Must represent the Team/Org on all social media, including Twitter, Twitch, and YouTube. Contact a Captain/Co-Captain or Owner if there is a question.
